• OAuth Tokens: We securely store OAuth access and refresh tokens to maintain your Google Business Profile connection on your behalf. These tokens are encrypted at rest.
• Usage Data: Basic usage information such as log data, IP addresses, and browser type, used to maintain and improve the service.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Provide and operate the Sentivo platform
• Sync and display your Google Business Profile reviews
• Generate draft response suggestions to help you reply faster
• Send notifications about new reviews or platform updates
• Diagnose technical issues and improve the service

4. Google API Data

Sentivo's use of data obtained through Google APIs, including the Google Business Profile API, adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Specifically:

• We only access Google data that is necessary to provide the features you request
• We do not use Google Business Profile data for advertising or marketing purposes
• We do not sell, rent, or share your Google data with any third parties
• We do not allow humans to read your Google data unless you explicitly request support that requires it, or as required by law
• You can revoke Sentivo's access to your Google account at any time via your Google account settings

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely on servers located within reputable cloud infrastructure providers. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including:

• Encryption of OAuth tokens at rest using industry-standard encryption
• Secure HTTPS connections for all data in transit
• Access controls limiting who can access your data within our team

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information or Google Business Profile data to any third parties. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
