1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sentivo ("the Service"), a product of IdeaLoop Technologies Private Limited ("we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to all users of Sentivo, including business owners, managers, and any other individuals who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

Sentivo is a reputation management platform that enables businesses to monitor customer reviews on their Google Business Profiles, receive notifications about new reviews, and manage review responses. The Service uses the Google Business Profile API and requires users to connect their Google account via OAuth.

Sentivo is an assistive tool. All review responses generated by AI are drafts only — they are reviewed and approved by you before being published. Sentivo does not automatically post replies on your behalf without your explicit approval.

3. Eligibility

To use Sentivo, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal authority to bind your organisation to these terms
• Have a valid Google account and access to at least one Google Business Profile
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and all applicable laws

4. Account Registration

You must register for an account to use Sentivo. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

5. Google Account Connection

Sentivo requires you to connect your Google account via OAuth 2.0 to access your Google Business Profile data. By connecting your account, you:

• Authorise Sentivo to access your Google Business Profile data on your behalf, as permitted by the scopes you grant
• Confirm that you have the authority to grant such access for the business profiles connected
• Acknowledge that you can revoke this access at any time via your Google account settings

Sentivo's use of Google API data complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Sentivo to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory review responses
• Engage in any activity that violates Google's Terms of Service or Business Profile policies
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' accounts or data
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service

7. AI-Generated Content

Sentivo may generate draft review response suggestions using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated drafts are suggestions only and require your review and approval before publishing
• You are solely responsible for any content you publish to your Google Business Profile
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or suitability of AI-generated suggestions

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Sentivo platform, including its design, software, and content, are owned by IdeaLoop Technologies Private Limited. Nothing in these terms grants you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the limited licence to use the Service.

You retain all rights to your own business data, review content, and any content you create using the Service.

9. Service Availability

We strive to maintain a reliable and available service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned downtime.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, IdeaLoop Technologies Private Limited disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IdeaLoop Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use or engage in conduct harmful to the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Sentivo shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Sentivo after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
